Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Shrader Lawrence, born August 15, 1990, in Kentucky, U.S.A. She’s an actress. Lawrence gained international fame because she played heroine Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games film series, based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Suzanne Collins. She starred  in romantic comedy Silver Linings Playbook (2012) and she won a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and the Academy Award for Best Actress. She is the second-youngest Best Actress Oscar winner. She is 25 years old and she started acting in 2006. She has got two old brothers, Ben and Blaine.  In 2011, she worked in the film X-Men: First Class, the first film in the X- Men series. In November her last film was released, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, the last film of the series The Hunger Games. Despite being a fan of the books, Jennifer took three days to accept the role because she was intimidated by the size of the film.
