The Red Hot Chili Peppers are an American rock band based in Hollywood, California and were created in Los Angeles in 1983. The style of the group is rock with a touch of punk, improvising aspects of jam rock in their live concerts. The group consists of four people: the lead singer Anthony Kiedis, Michael “Flea” Balzary, bass, drummer Chad Smith and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. He is the most recent member of the band, because John Frusciante abandoned the group. They have seventy-eight live albums, the first was released in 1984 and the last in 2012.
