The Beatles were an English rock band created in Liverpool in 1960. It was a famous and comercial band composed by Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison. They later played several genres, ranging from pop ballads to psychedelic rock, often incorporating classical and other elements in innovative ways. They gained popularity in the United Kingdom after their first single, “Love me do”. In one year they became very famous in America (their record goes to Number One).
They were the first band to play at a baseball stadium, Shea in New York, breaking records for crowd fever, numbers and good cheer and they go to Buckingham Palace to receive medals from the Queen. The years 1963 and 1965 were bad years for the Beatles. In 1966 they would produce the most famous songs that actually stills on the play-lists. In 1969 The Beatles left their legacy to the fans, and they’d never work together again.
